What you'll do

As a Regulatory Associate, you will be responsible for drafting and formatting essential insurance policy documents, including the Evidence of Coverage and Transparency in Coverage Narratives. You will work closely with the Regulatory Operations team to ensure that all documents comply with regulatory requirements and reflect Oscar's commitment to transparency and member service. Your role will involve reviewing existing documents for accuracy and making necessary updates to align with current regulations. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and contribute to the development of new documentation processes.
