You possess a deep understanding of financial risk management, including fraud detection and compliance workflows — your expertise allows you to navigate the challenges faced by banks and fintechs in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring innovative ideas to life.

What you'll do

As the AI Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of Oscilar's next-generation Risk Orchestration Platform — your role will involve defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with the company's mission to enhance digital safety. You will work closely with engineering teams to build a sophisticated visual workflow automation platform that leverages Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of financial institutions — your insights will guide the development of features that automate complex real-time decision-making processes for fraud, credit, onboarding, and AML use cases. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate product updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
