Osmo is hiring a Product Stewardship Specialist to support product safety and regulatory compliance across their fragrance and digital scent portfolio. Who you are
You have a strong foundation in product stewardship or regulatory compliance — you enjoy translating complex regulatory information into practical, business-ready guidance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your experience allows you to serve as a primary contact for internal teams on matters related to raw material status and product safety evaluations.
You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of global regulatory compliance — your ability to apply compliance requirements across product portfolios ensures alignment with industry standards. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with various teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support product safety and global regulatory compliance for Osmo's fragrance and digital scent portfolio. You will serve as a key technical partner to internal teams, ensuring that products meet global regulatory requirements while remaining commercially viable. Your responsibilities will include evaluating product safety and raw material status, as well as applying global compliance requirements across the product portfolio.
You will work closely with the Lead of Product Stewardship to ensure that all products align with IFRA standards and other relevant regulations. Your role will involve translating complex regulatory information into actionable insights for the team, helping to guide product development and ensure compliance.
