What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Outreach, you will join the Email + Calendar Services team, focusing on developing microservices that enhance the email and calendar experience for users. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust services that connect Outreach to various email providers, ensuring seamless communication and data synchronization.

You will dive deep into technical challenges, working on features that automate workflows and provide valuable insights from the millions of emails processed daily. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to ensure that the services you build are not only functional but also maintain high performance and reliability.

You will participate in code reviews, sharing your expertise with junior engineers and helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
