You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within engineering workflows and have a track record of implementing solutions that drive efficiency. Your communication skills allow you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the tools you develop meet the needs of various stakeholders. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the DevTooling team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tools that improve the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with other engineers to understand their needs and develop solutions that streamline their workflows. This includes creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, enhancing development environment tooling, and automating processes to reduce manual overhead.

You will also define and track operational excellence standards, ensuring that the engineering organization adheres to best practices. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
