What you'll do

As a Staff Backend Engineer at Outreach, you will be part of a core feature team responsible for developing new projects that are critical to the Outreach product. You will engage in deep dives on technical problems, leveraging your expertise in Go to build scalable backend solutions. Your role will involve identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, ensuring that the systems you develop are efficient and reliable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance the user experience and drive the success of the Outreach platform.
