What you'll do

As a Training Consultant at Outreach, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new users and ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively. You will collaborate with the Professional Services and Customer Success teams to identify specific training needs based on customer requirements. You will design and deliver both on-demand and instructor-led training sessions, focusing on modular content that can be scaled for different user groups.
