What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of security experts dedicated to delivering both recurring and one-time services to a portfolio of Secure customers — your leadership will be crucial in overseeing service delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of escalation for the New Jersey team, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.

You will lead team strategies and manage resources to improve efficiencies, supporting the success of your customers — your focus will be on building a high-performing team that can adapt to the evolving demands of the security landscape. You will also be responsible for leading onboarding programs and training for new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the team's objectives.

Your role will involve facilitating services directly with key customers, providing them with the expertise they need to navigate security and governance challenges — you will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor services accordingly. Additionally, you will lead cross-team enablement and training on Secure Services, conducting workshops that enhance the skills and knowledge of your team and other stakeholders.
