OwnBackup is hiring a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead the TAM team and ensure customer success. You'll work closely with sales and refine service offerings. This role requires strong leadership and team development skills.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Technical Account Management, you will lead a regional team of technical account managers, focusing on their development and well-being. You will collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure alignment between the services organization and the sales pipeline, helping to identify key prospects and position TAM services effectively. Your role will involve refining and developing service offerings in partnership with the Director of Technical Account Management, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional value to customers.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of trust and transparency within your team, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Your leadership will drive the team's performance, enabling them to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also play a key role in advocating for your team within the organization, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
