You have a strong background in technical account management, particularly with FedRAMP customers, and possess the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions. Your experience in the SaaS ecosystem, especially with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics, enables you to provide valuable insights and best practices to clients. You are detail-oriented and driven, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals through effective use of technology.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships with clients. Your communication skills allow you to manage customer expectations effectively, especially during major incidents. You understand the importance of security and compliance in government accounts and are committed to ensuring that clients extract maximum value from their investments.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at OwnBackup, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of US Government accounts, focusing on their unique needs and challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their GovCloud Salesforce implementations and provide tailored technical guidance. Your role will involve sharing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and acting as the primary point of contact for any major incidents.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in helping clients navigate the complexities of their data management needs. You will also play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying opportunities for clients to enhance their use of the Own platform.
