OwnBackup is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager, FedRAMP to manage US Government accounts and ensure clients maximize their investment in the Own platform. You'll leverage your technical expertise and experience with FedRAMP customers to provide solutions and support.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, particularly with FedRAMP customers, and a proven ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions. Your experience has equipped you with a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, especially in relation to government compliance and security standards. You are detail-oriented and driven, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through effective use of technology. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging situations is a key asset, as you will often be the point of contact for major incidents. You are proactive in sharing best practices and insights with your clients, helping them to optimize their use of the Own platform and achieve their desired outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of US Government accounts, focusing on maximizing the value clients derive from their investment in the Own platform. You will collaborate closely with strategic FedRAMP customers, providing them with tailored technical support and guidance. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, addressing any technical challenges they face, and ensuring they are aware of new features and best practices that can enhance their experience.

You will also play a crucial role in incident management, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams during critical situations. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations will be vital in ensuring a smooth resolution process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of customer success strategies, leveraging your insights to help shape the direction of the Customer Success team.
