Overview
Paddle is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to elevate product positioning and accelerate commercial impact. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams to shape category perception and drive market momentum. This role requires strategic thinking and experience in product marketing.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the tech or software industry β you've successfully launched products and crafted compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates product value. You are comfortable analyzing customer and product data using SQL, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is common. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution means you can zoom in on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Brand to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategies.
Desirable
Experience in a Merchant of Record or payments-related environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital product companies. You are eager to deepen your SQL skills and have a track record of coaching and mentoring junior product marketing managers to elevate their craft. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence product direction and strengthen competitive positioning effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Paddle's products β your work will ensure that the product value is communicated with clarity and precision across all go-to-market surfaces. You will partner with Brand and PMM peers to create impactful deliverables such as decks, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials. You will shape segment-specific value propositions and support activations that drive market momentum and revenue outcomes. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating product launches, conducting market insights analysis, and coaching PMMs to continually raise the bar in product marketing. You will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the GTM teams are equipped to win in the market.
What we offer
Paddle offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to shaping the future of payment infrastructure for digital product companies. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
