You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence and market dynamics. You understand how to translate competitive insights into actionable strategies that drive market wins. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor competitor moves effectively, and you are adept at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, revenue marketing, and enablement teams to arm the field with the necessary tools and insights. Your ability to influence pipeline velocity and win rates is a testament to your strategic mindset and execution capabilities. You are passionate about understanding market dynamics and using that knowledge to outmaneuver competitors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and run a high-impact competitive intelligence program that tracks key players and emerging threats in the market. You will monitor competitor moves across product offerings, pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and narrative development. Your insights will be crucial in maintaining battlecards and segment-specific insights that keep Paddle ahead of the competition.

You will lead initiatives that fuel takedown campaigns, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the right information to convert leads faster and defend against competitive threats. Your work will directly influence Paddle's ability to own the market conversation and enhance its position as a leading Merchant of Record for digital product companies.
