Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success management, ideally with a focus on technology solutions. You excel at building and fostering executive-level relationships, understanding the unique needs of each customer, and guiding them through their digital transformation journey. Your hands-on knowledge of PagerDuty products allows you to apply them effectively to meet customer business priorities. You are proactive in identifying risks to customer success and work collaboratively with sales teams to develop risk mitigation strategies. You are skilled in change management and can guide customers on best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations.

What you'll do

As a Principal Customer Success Manager at PagerDuty, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations. You will demonstrate your expertise in PagerDuty products by aligning them with the customer's business goals and priorities. Your role will involve producing and executing comprehensive adoption plans that outline the current state and target future state of product usage, complete with timelines. You will proactively identify potential risks to customer success and collaborate with internal teams to create effective mitigation plans. Additionally, you will deliver business value and innovation to customers by understanding their opportunities and challenges, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with PagerDuty solutions.
