What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand developer needs, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing features that align with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and AI, to ensure that product offerings meet market demands and user expectations. You will also be responsible for developing and executing monetization strategies for the platform, ensuring that PagerDuty remains competitive in the industry.
