You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in digital operations or software development. You understand the importance of user experience and have a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are adept at managing stakeholder expectations. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate product vision and strategy effectively. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions. You are passionate about technology and its potential to improve business operations.
Desirable
Experience with AI-augmented software development or automated operations is a plus. Familiarity with PagerDuty's products or similar platforms will be beneficial. A background in UX design or engineering can enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager for the App Platform at PagerDuty, you will lead the development of a scalable and consistent front-end web and mobile experience across the Operations Cloud. You will work closely with UX designers to ensure that user interfaces are intuitive and meet the needs of various stakeholders, including incident responders and administrators. You will collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate product development and ensure timely delivery of features. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, and conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction. You will engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with market needs.
