You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI and automation technologies. You understand the complexities of digital operations and have a proven track record of delivering impactful products that enhance user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring innovative solutions to market. You are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and are excited about the potential of AI in transforming software development.
Desirable
Experience with event-driven architectures and familiarity with incident management tools will be advantageous. A background in software development or engineering will help you better understand the technical aspects of the products you manage. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager for AIOps at PagerDuty, you will own the product roadmap and drive the development of features that enhance our event orchestration and automation capabilities.
