Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Your ability to engage with clients and guide them through onboarding processes is exceptional, ensuring they fully leverage the tools at their disposal. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are adept at identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth.
Your experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, allows you to track customer engagement effectively. You are comfortable discussing technical aspects of the product, including API integrations, and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with account management teams to share insights that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at PandaDoc, you will lead personalized onboarding sessions, ensuring that customers hit the ground running with our platform. You will provide strategic support to help customers adopt PandaDocβs powerful tools, driving product adoption through tailored consultations and hands-on training. Your role will involve promoting self-serve resources and educating customers on best practices to maximize their investment.
You will partner closely with Account Management, sharing critical insights that shape renewal strategies and uncover upsell opportunities. By leveraging data from platforms like Salesforce, you will track customer engagement and identify areas for improvement. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall health and growth of the accounts you manage, ensuring that customers receive high-quality, scalable service.

PandaDoc offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual OTE of up to $95,000, which combines base salary and bonuses.
