What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision for your teams by collaborating with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the direction and strategy. You will drive results by creating and guiding strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes. You will ensure that your teams are equipped with the right skills and structure to succeed in their initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of AI agents and personalization features, as well as enhancing the onboarding experience for users. You will also play a key role in mentoring your engineers, helping them grow in their careers and fostering a positive team environment.

You will partner closely with the Director of Engineering to shape the growth trajectory of your teams, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to help users discover value quickly and establish successful habits. Your leadership will be instrumental in evolving the activation journey and driving the overall success of the Growth Track initiatives.
