What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at PandaDoc, you will lead teams within the Acquisition and Retain & Grow segments, focusing on enhancing the user activation journey. You will set the vision for your teams, collaborating closely with product and design leaders to shape the direction and strategy of your initiatives. Your role will involve driving results by creating and guiding strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes, ensuring that your teams remain focused on delivering value to users.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development of AI agents and personalized experiences that facilitate seamless onboarding for users. Your technical leadership will guide your teams in discovering the best solutions and processes suited to each feature's maturity, whether it’s experimental, long-term, or platform-based. You will also play a key role in shaping the growth trajectory of your teams, ensuring they have the right skills and structure in place to succeed.

In addition to technical leadership, you will focus on people management, conducting regular one-on-ones with your engineers to support their career growth and performance. You will help set ambitious goals for your teams and empower them to achieve these objectives. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will partner with the Director of Engineering to align on strategic initiatives and drive the overall success of the organization.
