You are an experienced Engineering Manager with a product-minded approach, ready to lead teams within the Acquisition and Retain & Grow sectors. You understand the importance of helping users discover value quickly and establishing habits that lead to long-term success. Your experience in shaping Product-Led Growth strategies and evolving activation journeys is complemented by a focus on AI-powered experiences and scalable systems.

As a Technical Leader, you guide your teams in discovering the best technical solutions and processes suited to each feature's maturity—whether it’s experimental, long-term, or platform-based. You have a strong background in managing technical projects and are adept at navigating complex challenges to deliver impactful results.

You are also a People Leader, partnering closely with each engineer to support their career growth. You focus on team dynamics, structure, and performance, helping set ambitious goals and empowering both teams and individuals to achieve them. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, ensuring that your teams are motivated and aligned with the company's mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision for your teams by collaborating with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the direction and strategy. You will drive results by creating and guiding strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes. Keeping the team focused on their objectives, you will ensure that every initiative aligns with the company's growth trajectory.

You will play a key role in shaping how users first experience and adopt the product, driving initiatives around dedicated AI agents, personalization, and seamless onboarding. Your leadership will ensure that every interaction helps users realize value effortlessly and intuitively.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will partner with the Director of Engineering to ensure your teams have the right skills and structure in place. You will be responsible for performance management, process improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within your teams.
