You have a strong background in Salesforce and GTM systems, with experience in managing and optimizing revenue operations. You understand the intricacies of integrating various tools and systems to create a seamless workflow for sales and marketing teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance productivity.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to drive alignment and foster teamwork. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that all systems function smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce as the central hub for PandaDoc's go-to-market operations. You will design, build, and maintain the systems that power the sales process, ensuring that all revenue teams have the tools they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include automating manual workflows, integrating various tools within the GTM tech stack, and collaborating with different departments to remove friction in the sales lifecycle.
You will analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize processes, ensuring that the systems you manage are not only functional but also drive significant business results. Your role will involve continuous improvement, where you will assess current practices and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
