You are a technically scrappy GTM Automation Engineer with a deep understanding of the Sales and Marketing engine. You are eager to leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Replit to build custom solutions that meet unique business needs. Your experience allows you to partner effectively with GTM leadership, infusing critical context into systems and processes. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are excited about the opportunity to revolutionize the GTM function through intelligent systems.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven marketing solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with SMS marketing platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to evolving business needs. A background in e-commerce or experience with Shopify integrations would be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical architect behind Postscript's AI-driven GTM motion. You will build agents that research prospects and develop workflows that automate customer touchpoints, enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborating with GTM leadership, you will ensure that the systems you create are aligned with the company's mission to make SMS the number-one revenue channel for e-commerce merchants. Your work will directly impact how Postscript's clients grow their subscriber lists and drive sales.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data to inform your automation strategies, ensuring that the solutions you implement are effective and scalable. As you build and refine these systems, you will have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and methodologies, continuously improving the GTM process. Your contributions will help shape the future of SMS marketing for thousands of brands.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $159,000-$180,000 base plus significant equity.
