Who you are
You have over 8 years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience and design systems has equipped you to scale recipient-facing surfaces effectively. You thrive at the intersection of usability, design, and scale, ensuring that user interactions are seamless and engaging.
Your expertise in collaboration products allows you to drive adoption and retention through innovative features. You understand the importance of a consistent visual language and design framework, and you are committed to ensuring that these elements are adopted across teams. You are a strategic thinker who can polish critical user journeys and improve information architecture across platforms.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product for Surfaces at PandaDoc, you will lead a cross-functional product group that spans mobile applications and recipient experiences. You will own the experience layer of the platform, focusing on how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product. Your leadership will guide the team in creating elegant, fast, and reliable experiences across mobile, web, and chat/AI.
You will work closely with the design team to ensure that the UI kit and design system are consistently applied, enhancing the overall user experience. Your role will involve leading teams to refine top user journeys, such as creating, sending, signing, and paying for documents. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team, driving the development of features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
