Who you are

You have over 8 years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products makes you an ideal candidate for this position. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the adoption of design frameworks will be key to your success in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can polish critical user journeys and improve information architecture across platforms.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product for Core Platform & Mobile, you will lead a team focused on unifying user experiences across PandaDoc’s web and mobile applications. You will own the experience layer of the platform, ensuring that customers and their recipients can interact seamlessly with documents, collaborate effectively, and navigate the product with ease. You will oversee the mobile applications for iOS and Android, enhancing mobile-first experiences that cater to user needs.

Your responsibilities will include leading the product group that focuses on recipient experience, which currently serves over 5 million monthly active users. You will drive the development of collaboration features that enhance user adoption and retention. In partnership with the Visual Product and User Experience (VPUX) team, you will ensure that the UI kit, design system, and visual language are consistently adopted across teams.

You will also be responsible for refining critical user flows such as creating, sending, signing, and paying, while improving the overall information architecture of the platform. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of usability and design excellence within the team.
