Who you are

You have 8+ years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products has equipped you to scale recipient-facing surfaces effectively. You thrive at the intersection of usability, design, and scale, and you understand how to create elegant, fast, and reliable experiences across platforms.

You possess a deep understanding of mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android, and have experience leading cross-functional teams. Your expertise in collaboration features and design framework adoption allows you to ensure consistency across teams and products. You are passionate about improving user journeys and information architecture, making you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product for Core Platform & Mobile at PandaDoc, you will lead a team focused on unifying user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will own the experience layer of the platform, overseeing how customers and their recipients interact with documents and collaborate. Your leadership will drive the development of mobile-first experiences and enhance the recipient experience for over 5 million monthly active users.

You will work closely with the design team to ensure the UI kit and design system are adopted consistently across all teams. Your role will involve polishing critical user journeys, such as creating, sending, signing, and paying, while improving the overall information architecture of the platform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align product strategies and ensure that user needs are met effectively.
