Who you are
You have over 8 years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products has equipped you to scale recipient-facing surfaces effectively. You thrive at the intersection of usability, design, and scale, ensuring that user interactions are seamless and engaging.
You possess a deep understanding of mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android, and have experience leading teams that focus on enhancing mobile-first experiences. Your expertise in collaboration features allows you to drive adoption and retention, ensuring that users find value in the products you oversee.
You are skilled in working with design frameworks and have a proven track record of ensuring that UI kits and design systems are adopted consistently across teams. Your ability to polish critical user journeys and improve information architecture is essential for creating a cohesive user experience across platforms.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product for Core Platform & Mobile, you will lead a cross-functional product group that spans mobile applications and recipient experiences. You will own the experience layer of PandaDocβs platform, focusing on how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product across various touchpoints. Your leadership will guide the team in creating elegant, fast, and reliable experiences that meet user needs.
You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that the user experience is not only functional but also delightful. Your role will involve refining critical flows such as creating, sending, signing, and paying, ensuring that these processes are intuitive and efficient for users.
In partnership with the Visual Product User Experience (VPUX) team, you will oversee the adoption of design frameworks and ensure that the visual language is consistent across all products. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the product group, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
