You understand the importance of user-centered design and advocate for the user's voice at all levels of the organization.

What you'll do
As a Principal Product Designer at Pantheon, you will define the UX and UI vision for our new product initiatives. You will lead the design process, from initial research and ideation through to final implementation, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of every decision. You will oversee the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across our product portfolio. Your role will involve actively designing and prototyping new features while mentoring and guiding other designers on the team.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. Your insights into emerging design trends will help shape our product offerings and keep Pantheon at the forefront of the WebOps industry. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance design velocity and efficiency, enabling the team to deliver high-quality designs faster.

At Pantheon, we offer a competitive salary range of 169,000 - 211,000 CAD per year for this position.
