Your expertise in Figma allows you to create high-fidelity UI and prototypes that resonate with users. You are a champion of data-driven design decisions, ensuring that your work measurably improves customer success and engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to drive strategic initiatives. Mentoring and supporting fellow designers is a passion of yours, as you believe in sharing knowledge to elevate the team's skills.
What you'll do
As a Principal Product Designer at Trading212, you will own the design strategy and execution for a key product domain, driving end-to-end customer journeys that make complex financial tools feel simple and delightful. You will deliver high-quality design work, including concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, while ensuring compliance and gathering input from cross-functional teams. Your role will involve championing a high-quality design bar and mentoring junior designers to foster their growth.
