You have a strong operational background and are passionate about improving processes that directly impact customer experiences. You understand the importance of providing excellent service to small businesses and have experience in managing operational tasks effectively. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can think critically about how to enhance the payment experience for users. You are comfortable working with data and using it to inform your decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support our merchants daily, ensuring they have a positive payment experience. You will be responsible for running and building best-in-class processes for payments, fraud, and servicing. Collaborating with the Servicing Ops Lead, you will solve problems for hundreds of small businesses, ensuring they have access to the financial tools they need. You will also work on improving operational efficiencies and contribute to the overall success of the product suite.
What we offer
Parafin provides a competitive salary range of $118k - $123k, along with equity grants. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, and work-from-home flexibility.
