You have a strong technical background and experience in sales engineering or a similar role, where you've successfully engaged with partners to understand their needs and demonstrate product capabilities. You excel at creating bespoke demos that effectively showcase product features and benefits, ensuring that potential partners see the value in what you offer. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can identify product gaps and nuances, facilitating a smooth transition to the post-sales implementation team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector or with small business solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with integration processes and capital markets. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies and tools, which will help you stay ahead in this fast-evolving industry.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Parafin, you will act as the technical lead for our prospect partners, engaging with them to understand their unique needs and how our solutions can meet those needs. You will create tailored demonstrations of our product suite, showcasing how our technology simplifies access to financial tools for small businesses. Your role will involve driving pre-sales technical scoping discussions, ensuring that all technical aspects are covered and that potential partners have a clear understanding of our offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that resonate with partners and help them visualize the integration of our solutions into their platforms. Additionally, you will identify product gaps and nuances during these discussions, providing valuable feedback to our product team to enhance our offerings. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring a seamless hand-off to the post-sales implementation team, where you will continue to support partners as they begin to use our solutions.
