Overview

REEKON Tools is hiring a Head of Manufacturing to lead the project management of New Product Introduction efforts. You'll oversee the transition of prototypes to manufactured goods while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. This role is based in Boston, MA.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, ideally within the hardware or tools industry. Your background includes leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to production. You excel at identifying and addressing blockers to maintain program velocity and meet company goals.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and external vendors. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency sets you apart. What you'll do

As the Head of Manufacturing at REEKON Tools, you will lead the project management of New Product Introduction efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from prototypes to manufactured goods.
