What you'll do

As the first internal recruiter at Parallel Web Systems, you will be responsible for shaping the hiring process and systems. You will work closely with the leadership team to understand the company's culture and product needs deeply, ensuring that you find the right talent for the organization's stage. Your role will involve building a world-class talent brand that attracts top candidates in the AI and web technology space.

You will design and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from start to finish. You will also play a key role in promoting the company's values and mission to potential hires, ensuring that they understand the impact they can have on the organization.

In addition to recruitment, you will collaborate with other departments to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging hiring process that reflects the company's commitment to quality and customer impact.
