What you'll do

As a Collections Specialist at Parker Group Inc, you will own the collections strategy for the lending portfolio, which includes corporate cards, working capital lines, and term loans. You will monitor delinquency metrics daily, identifying high-risk accounts and driving outreach efforts to minimize delinquency. Your role will involve negotiating repayment plans, settlements, and restructures that align with the company's risk appetite. You will partner with various teams to address early warning signs and ensure a smooth collections process.
