Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the fintech or eCommerce sectors — you've successfully navigated the sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your ability to foster long-term relationships is key, as you understand the importance of client satisfaction and retention in driving business growth.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with outbound prospecting — you know how to identify potential clients and engage them effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate Parker's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Parker, you will lead discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points and position Parker's financial tools as the solution. You will guide customers through the application and onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Your role will also involve providing ongoing account support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You will manage your sales pipeline diligently, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet your targets. Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams, you will help clients maximize their financial potential with Parker's innovative solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's mission of increasing financial independence for business owners.
What we offer
Parker Group Inc offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $50,000–$150,000, which includes a base salary and uncapped commission.
