What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our warehouse partners across LATAM. You will work closely with these partners to ensure they are satisfied with our services and are motivated to promote Passport as their preferred shipping solution. Your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, allowing you to drive increased shipping volumes and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our offerings align with the needs of our partners. This includes working with logistics and e-commerce experts to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by each warehouse. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our approach to international shipping and ensuring that we remain a trusted partner for growth-focused brands.
