What you'll do
As an Implementation Engineer at PathAI, you will provide hands-on technical implementation support for our European digital diagnostics customers, including Anatomic Pathology labs and Academic Medical Centers. You will work closely with customer IT and internal development teams to ensure smooth integration of our AI product portfolio and Digital Pathology Image Management System, AISight Dx. Your role will involve project management of all implementation tasks, where you will provide schedule updates, resolve risks and issues, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the implementation process.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact during the technical implementation phase. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail will be essential in this role. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes, sharing insights and feedback with the team to enhance our service delivery.
