What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Customer Success Leadership Team, aligning their vision with execution and driving collaboration across various teams. You will manage high-impact projects and advise on business strategy, ensuring that all Customer Success employees are well-informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include facilitating information flow to the President, CEO, and Board, providing updates that are crucial for decision-making.
You will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency. This involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Customer Success organization. You will also play a key role in advising on business strategy, ensuring that the team's goals align with the broader objectives of Pathward.
