You have a strong background in product support and team management, ideally with experience in media or community platforms. Your leadership skills enable you to guide a team of specialists in delivering fast, high-quality support to creators and fans. You understand the importance of collaboration with product and engineering teams to improve user experiences and drive platform enhancements. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work effectively. Your ability to adapt to evolving support needs and modernize tools is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Product Support - Discovery & Community, you will lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support to creators and fans on the Patreon platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve developing support strategies that move beyond traditional email interactions, embracing synchronous support methods to meet the needs of our community.
