What you'll do
As the Manager of Product Support - Discovery & Community, you will lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support to creators and fans on the Patreon platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve developing support strategies that move beyond traditional email interactions, embracing synchronous support methods to meet the needs of our community.
