Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, ideally with 3+ years of experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design intuitive interfaces and workflows that resonate with users, particularly in the context of community-driven platforms. You are proficient in Figma and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring your designs to life. You understand the importance of user feedback and data-driven design decisions, and you are comfortable iterating on your designs based on user testing and analytics. You are passionate about the creator economy and have a keen interest in how design can empower creators to connect with their audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the media or community platform space is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that support creators in publishing and engaging with their fans. A background in UX research or user testing methodologies would also be beneficial, as it will help you understand user needs and pain points more deeply.

You will work closely with the Creator Success team to identify high-impact problems across the creator journey and develop solutions that enhance both free and paid experiences on the platform. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and solutions. You will also participate in user research and testing to gather feedback on your designs and iterate based on user insights. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with the overall product vision. You will also contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all user interfaces.
