What you'll do

As a TikTok Shop Account Manager, you will own a book of business and be responsible for developing and executing marketplace strategies for your clients on TikTok Shop. You will collaborate closely with the Pattern Creators team to ensure that brands are leveraging the full potential of our e-commerce acceleration platform. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies that drive profitable revenue growth.

You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. You will conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, using data to highlight successes and areas for improvement. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role.
