Overview

Pattern is hiring a Project Manager - Fulfillment Engineer to lead and optimize fulfillment center projects. You'll manage operations to meet increasing demand and improve existing facilities. This role is based in Bethlehem, PA.

You are a results-driven Project Manager with a strong focus on fulfillment operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. Your experience in managing projects within logistics or supply chain settings has equipped you with the skills to lead teams effectively and drive successful outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data to make informed decisions that positively impact project timelines and deliverables. You are comfortable with technology and understand how to utilize it to streamline operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage fulfillment center projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing new facilities and improving existing operations to meet the growing demands of the business. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including logistics, customer service, and technology, to implement best practices and optimize workflows.

You will analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. You will also be required to travel to other warehouse locations up to 25% of the time to oversee operations and ensure consistency across facilities.
