You have a strong background in ecommerce and sales engineering, with a passion for data and partner success. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market opportunities and understand the intricacies of various ecommerce platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams and clients to drive results. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly makes you an effective liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Your experience in auditing partner performance across different marketplaces equips you with the insights needed to identify high-potential clients. You are comfortable conducting thorough research and providing accurate commercial forecasts to estimate growth potential.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the ecommerce expert, bridging the gap between lead generation representatives and deal closers. You will strategically assess which potential clients could become excellent partners for Pattern, leveraging your expertise to audit their performance across various marketplaces. You will conduct in-depth research to understand market growth opportunities and provide accurate forecasts that will guide the sales strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the global sales team, interacting with colleagues across EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East. Your insights will help shape the approach to client engagement and ensure that the sales team is equipped with the information they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in optimizing the use of Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform, ensuring that clients can leverage the full potential of the technology and data available to them.
