Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the eCommerce sector, with a focus on SEO and AEO workflows. Your experience includes partnering with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. You excel in conducting hands-on SEO audits and can clearly explain complex concepts to clients. You are comfortable working with Account Executives and have a proven track record of helping prospects understand how technical solutions fit into their existing frameworks.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms is a key asset in your role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying gaps and opportunities in SEO performance, which allows you to provide valuable insights to clients. You are also adaptable and willing to travel occasionally for conferences and customer meetings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, acting as the SEO and technical subject-matter expert. You will participate in discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up conversations with prospects to ensure they understand the value of Yotpo Discover. Your responsibilities will include running hands-on SEO and AEO audits using Yotpo Discover and complementary tools, providing actionable insights to enhance client strategies.
You will explain SEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery concepts clearly to prospects, helping them see how these solutions can improve their eCommerce performance. Your role will also involve collaborating with product teams to ensure that the technical aspects of Yotpo Discover are effectively communicated and aligned with client needs. You will be instrumental in positioning Yotpo's solutions as essential tools for enhancing customer relationships and driving growth in the eCommerce space.
What we offer
Yotpo offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, with total compensation ranging from $200,000 to $230,000 OTE. This is an upcapped role with additional accelerators based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce, working with AI-powered solutions that are trusted by over 30,000 global brands.
