What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Pattern, you will explore massive datasets to uncover insights that drive ROI for our clients. You will work closely with the teams from our recent acquisition of ROI Hunter, integrating product, marketing, and merchandising data into a cohesive strategy. Your role will involve analyzing customer retention metrics, market share, and performance indicators to provide actionable market intelligence.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models that optimize various aspects of ecommerce growth, including advertising, content management, and pricing strategies. Your insights will help brands track the entire journey of a product, from social media discovery to the final purchase on global marketplaces.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with other data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure that our data-driven strategies align with business objectives. You will also mentor junior data scientists, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
