You are comfortable collaborating with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that resonate with customers.
Your proficiency in data analytics enables you to analyze booking trends and customer behavior, which helps in improving conversion rates. You are adept at preparing reports on key performance indicators, allowing you to track market share and revenue leakage points effectively. You are familiar with tools like Google Analytics and SQL, which you use to derive actionable insights from data.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IRCTC, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
