Paytm is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Executive for their Flights Line of Business to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You'll leverage your expertise in the travel industry and GDS systems like Amadeus and Travelport.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of the flight and travel industry, particularly with GDS systems such as Amadeus and Travelport. Your analytical skills enable you to identify trends and improve customer service processes effectively. You are highly motivated and experienced in managing customer operations, ensuring a seamless experience for users booking flights through our platform.

You excel in providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Handling escalated customer issues and complex inquiries is second nature to you, and you proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) allows you to pinpoint areas for operational improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure that your team delivers outstanding customer service, addressing escalated issues and complex inquiries with professionalism. You will analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify trends and implement improvements. Collaborating with other departments, such as product, engineering, and finance, will be crucial in resolving customer issues and enhancing the platform.

You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements to boost team productivity and customer satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service will be essential to your success. You will prepare regular reports on customer service performance and operational efficiency, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
