What you'll do

As the Regional Lead, you will take ownership of managing relationships with State Road Transport Corporations and private bus operators in your assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic partnerships that enhance Paytm's travel offerings. You will onboard new operators and ensure they effectively utilize Paytm Travel tools and dashboards, facilitating their digital transformation. You will negotiate commission structures and payout terms that align with the platform's objectives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and optimizing load factors and seat fill rates for your region. Collaborating with central pricing and analytics teams, you will implement dynamic pricing strategies that respond to market conditions. Regularly analyzing market trends, you will provide actionable insights on fare benchmarks and demand patterns, enabling informed decision-making. You will track revenue leakage and cancellations, working closely with operators to resolve any issues that arise. Your role will also involve conducting market and competition analysis to ensure that Paytm remains a leader in the travel sector.
