Who you are
You have 1-3 years of experience in campaign management, ideally within the Insurance or Fintech sectors — you understand the nuances of digital marketing and how to effectively engage target audiences. Your expertise in marketing automation tools like Clevertap and Moengage allows you to streamline campaign processes and enhance performance metrics. You possess a strong understanding of customer behavior and trends, enabling you to create compelling campaigns that resonate with users.
You are proficient in MS Office, which aids you in drafting and conceptualizing campaigns across various platforms. Your ability to identify workflows and formulate processes ensures that campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently. You are detail-oriented and capable of defining metrics for measurement, allowing you to assess campaign performance accurately.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization. You will conceptualize and draft campaigns tailored to different segments and categories, ensuring that each campaign aligns with Paytm's overall marketing strategy. You will run campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media, measuring their performance and maintaining detailed performance data.
Collaboration is key in this position; you will coordinate with various stakeholders, including creative teams and data analysts, to ensure that campaigns are well-supported and effectively targeted. Your insights into customer behavior will guide the segmentation and targeting of pipelines suited to each campaign. You will also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
