Who you are
You have a proven track record of managing integrated lead-generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. With your experience, you excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Field, and Corporate Communications, to shape effective campaign strategies. You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign lifecycle are executed flawlessly. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with external agencies to deliver high-impact assets. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels makes you a valuable team member.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content development to activation, reporting, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to launch campaigns across various channels, ensuring that all assets align with the overall strategy. Post-launch, you will monitor performance metrics, report weekly and monthly results, and identify risks and opportunities for improvement. You will work with Demand Generation to execute owned-channel tactics such as webinars and email nurture programs, leveraging internal speakers for thought leadership. Your insights will drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness, highlighting progress against goals and ensuring that all campaigns meet their objectives.
